Our Family Puppies

You can either pick your puppy up or we can ship via airplane!!

Pick-up: 

We live in the northeast corner of Missouri.  If you live semi-close by, we would be more than happy to meet you somewhere so you can pick up your puppy.  Picking up your puppy in person saves you the hassel and cost of shipping, plus it gives you the chance to meet your puppy in person first.  Also, you have the chance to ask us any questions you have in person and to insure any doubts that you may have with purchasing a puppy from us.

Usually we only send a crate when shipping (crate is included in shipping price) on an airplane, but if you would like to purchase a crate when picking up in person, please let us know!

Air Travel: 

We would much rather meet you in person and let you see your puppy before making such an important, life-long decision, but we realize that sometimes this cannot be arranged.  This is why we do offer shipping if need be.  We use a service called PetAir that does all the booking for us.  They are very good at finding the best flights possible for the puppies and making sure that they will not have to be on the airplanes any longer than they have to be.  The only thing you will have to do is be at the airport at the appropriate time to pick up your puppy. 

The puppies fly out of the Kansas City International Airport that is located in Missouri.  We drive to the airport once a week if need be to take puppies to the airport.  Usually we drive down on a Tuesday night to ship the puppies out early on Wednesday mornings.  Sometimes the day may change depending on the weather, so we do ask that anyone having a puppy shipped via airplane please note that the flights can change at any moment depending on the weather and temperatures.  We have to follow the rules and regulations of the airports and remember, these rules are made for the puppies!  Also, we usually do not receive the puppies flight information until the Tuesday before the puppy flies due to PetAir has a lot of customers and is always very busy.  But, as soon as they send the information to us, we will call you to tell you your puppies flight information. 

Should you decide to have your puppy shipped, we will need the following information from you:

1. Full name, address, and phone number of the person picking the puppy up at the airport. 

2. The three closest airports to you.  We ask for three because sometimes we cannot get into your first choice airport.  We always like to have back-up airports ready just in case we need to use them.

Your puppy will come in a crate that is appropriate for the puppy's size.  The bigger the size crate, the more it cost to ship.  Each crate will have shredded paper in it so the puppy will have a nice soft bed to lay in.  Also, each crate will have a food and water dish attached to the side so your puppy will always have food and water.  We also tape a small bag of food on the back of the crate incase the puppy gets delayed and needs food in an emergency.  All of your information will be taped on the top of the crate in a clear plastic envelope.  The only thing we do not put in the envelope is the registration paper.  We mail them directly to you.  We will make sure the crate is clean and your puppy has food and water before he/she leaves for their flight.  Unfortunately, they airlines WILL NOT allow us to ship any toys with the puppies.  We wish we could, but again, we have to follow their rules! 

This picture shows the different sizes of crates.  On the left is a small (number 1) crate, then a medium (number 2) crate, a large (number 3) crate, and on the far right is an extra large (number 4) crate.  The size of your puppy will depend on the size of crate he/she will need to be shipped in.

This is how much it cost to ship the different size crates: 

A number 1 crate cost: $250.00                        A number 2 crate cost: $250.00

A number 3 crate cost: $275.00                        A number 4 crate cost: $300.00

We can ship two puppies in one crate for the same price as shipping just one!!  Should you decide you want TWO puppies, we can put them both in the same crate as long as there is enough room for both puppies.  This will cost the same as shipping just one puppy. 

Remember, we MUST have the signed contract and the shipping charges AND puppy MUST be paid in full before we can ship them!  This is for security purposes and we hope everyone understands why we have to do this.
